On December 10, the China-Brazil Internet Governance Seminar, co-organized by Chinese Academy of Cyberspace Studies, China Federation of Internet Societies and Foundation Getulio Vargas of Brazil, was successfully held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The forum takes “cooperation, openness, sharing, and win-win” as the theme. On the seminar, bilateral dialogues and exchanges on the development and governance of the Internet in the age of information were conducted. By holding this seminar, the two parties hope to further enhance consensus, expand cooperation, and achieve win-win results. More than 80 representatives from government departments, social organizations, Internet companies and think tanks from China and Brazil attended the seminar. At the meeting, Chinese Academy of Cyberspace Studies and Foundation Getulio Vargas of Brazil also showed their latest theoretical research results.
